Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

At Ryffers, we strive to show our products as accurately as possible. The sunglasses you see in the pictures represent the actual product, including color, style, and design. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photography. Rest assured, you will receive the same model and quality as shown in the images.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the sunglasses within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. To return, go to “My Orders,” select the product, and request a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that customised or damaged items cannot be returned.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Products marked as "Out of Stock" are temporarily unavailable. We do our best to restock popular items as soon as possible. You can check back later or sign up for notifications (if available) to be informed when the item is back in stock.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship our products all across India. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout to see if your location is serviceable.
