1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note:
Products that are customized, personalized, or hygienic in nature (like eyewear) are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Eyewear (sunglasses, frames, etc.) — due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., printed diaries, engraved pens, name prints).
- Gift items and limited edition novelties.
- Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ryffers.com or through our Contact Us page.
- Share clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as per your choice.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received back:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for size or color issues (where applicable and in stock).
Customized products and eyewear cannot be exchanged.
